Information you provide. When you submit our contact or referral form, we collect your name, work email, company, your role (optional), the AWS programs you select, and the message you write. If you complete our GTM Assessment, your answers are held only in your browser and are sent to us solely if you choose to submit them with the form.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — in server logs used to operate and secure the Site.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct a strategy call;
• provide, and follow up about, our services;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you:

• Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email.
• Calendly — powers the embedded scheduling widget; if you book a time, that interaction is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the Site.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Our Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own cookies when you interact with it; see Calendly’s privacy policy for details.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and referral information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at kiante@onlybestventuregroup.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
